I have to admire the chocolates at Burdick’s in Harvard Square. My favorites are probably the orangey rectangular ones they make. Followed closely by the cinnamon wafer-thin ones. And the debonair lemony penguins. I’ll add to that list anything else they have in the case. Apparently now they are making bee-shaped chocolates for Mothers’ Day. Can anyone explain the mother-bee connection? But they sound good, of course, made of honey ganache with little almond sliver wings. Mmmm. Mmmmmmm.
